Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.
Tip: Complete your 68ji identity verification early — before your first withdrawal request — to avoid delays. KYC verification is a one-time process per account and takes only a few minutes once your documents are ready.
68ji accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency networks. The 68ji platform operates in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. 68ji is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and conversion.

Registered 68ji players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. 68ji aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly, with GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically completing within 5–30 minutes.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, 68ji is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify your identity. All Bonus Balances and winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
Players who prefer to play without bonus conditions may opt out of all promotional offers via their Account Settings. Opting out prevents automatic bonus crediting and allows withdrawal of Real Money Balance without wagering obligations arising from promotions.

All flagged accounts are reviewed by 68ji's compliance team in coordination with PAGCOR reporting requirements. 68ji cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement investigations involving activity on the platform.
All content available on the 68ji platform — including but not limited to the 68ji brand name, logo, graphical assets, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and website copy — is the intellectual property of 68ji or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 68ji platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 68ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, 68ji reserves the right to forfeit some or all funds in the Account, proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach. Where an Account is closed due to a responsible gaming request or through no fault of the Account holder, any verified Real Money Balance (net of pending wagering obligations) will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request closure of your 68ji Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagers will be settled and your Real Money Balance returned to your verified payment method. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days of request confirmation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Both parties agree that the appropriate courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, subject to the dispute resolution process below.
In the event of a dispute between you and 68ji, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution. You must contact 68ji's support team in writing, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. 68ji will respond within 10 business days with a proposed resolution.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days of your written complaint, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings. 68ji's game outcomes determined by certified RNG or live dealer systems are not subject to dispute on the basis of outcome alone — only procedural failures or software malfunctions constitute valid grounds for game-result disputes.
68ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 68ji will notify registered users via their registered contact information at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory direction or applicable law, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms, with the effective date clearly displayed, is always available at 68ji.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the 68ji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
